We were impressed with Rick Odem when he came to talk to us about new windows for our home. He was very personable and really seemed like the kind of person we would be comfortable working with. Rick and his team did not disappoint! The process from beginning to end was stress free for us. The windows (14 of them) were installed in one day. The crew was phenomenal! They worked with us to keep things stress free, including helping with some stubborn blinds, coordinating areas so that our dogs wouldn’t have to be locked up all day, and even pulled our recycling to the recycle truck and got our mail from the mailman when he couldn’t get to the mailbox. The crew of four worked quickly and professionally. They did an amazing installation and cleanup. They even put up the blinds in the bathroom when they finished the window installation there so that it would be private. They were seriously the best work crew we’ve ever dealt with. On a scale of 1 to 10, they deserve a 20!
The windows are beautiful and have made our home feel bigger and brighter. We went with Rick’s recommendations for what he thought would be best for us and our home. We are definitely glad we did and we are elated with the end results. We were able to get all 14 windows replaced at one time and the price we paid was very fair.
